Tiffany Bratt

Tiffany Bratt's litigation and estate planning knowledge enables her to provide a broad range of legal services to her clients.

Tiffany handles contract enforcement, construction litigation, and also other serious business disputes both in court and in arbitration.  Her work includes advising on or litigating employment issues facing small businesses, including unemployment compensation claims, EEOC/discrimination claims, minimum wage/overtime issues, claims over contractor v. employee status, non-disclosure agreements, and non-compete agreements.

Tiffany also prepares estate plans for families of all economic levels, and litigates cases related to estates, trusts, wills, and guardianships.  Her estate planning practice helps clients protect their assets and avoid probate.  

Tiffany has a passion for non-profit work and has served as a volunteer with the Leavitt Institute in Ukraine, where she and her husband taught rule of law classes at seven Ukrainian law schools.  She and her family have also enjoyed volunteering in orphanages in Mexico through A Child's Hope Foundation.
