Steve is a corporate, real estate, and securities transaction attorney working out of Salt Lake City, and Cambridge, Massachusetts. Steve enjoys working with startup companies, especially companies that are developing innovative cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.

When Steve is not in the office or with his family, he is enjoying the great outdoors, mentoring local youth, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and leading a book club.
